Jeff Limbaugh, Vice-President, has a degree in Construction Management and has worked in the industry for over 35 years. His utilization of the most up-to-date management tools includes WinEst estimating software, Microsoft Project scheduling, and PlanSwift Takeoff software. Jeff’s willingness to do what it takes to make our clients happy is a major factor in our company’s continued success.
Joe Eader, Project Manager, handles project estimating, administration, scoping, and schedule development. Joe is also proficient in the latest technologies and one of our primary client “go to” people.
Our union carpenters are the best! They are members of the St. Louis – Kansas City Carpenters Regional Council. The council provides productive, high-quality carpenters who are required to complete more than 4 years of extensive hands-on training, as well as participate in continued comprehensive safety and skill advancement programs.
