Do you do residential construction?
We love the homebuilding industry but this is not where our expertise nor passion lives. Our builders and project management team specialize in commercial construction techniques and products. There may be some overlap, but the typical residence construction project is not a market we serve at this time.
Do you provide emergency service?
We offer this level of service when we are associated in a long-term agreement with a customer to provide such a level of response. We will negotiate established T&M rates to allow peace of mind and rapid response. Sometimes your full-time staff isn't available, we may be able to supplement your capabilities.
How is Limbaugh Construction Company, Inc. different from its competitors?
Our female owned construction business is not out to build the shiniest newest thing around every corner. We believe in tried and true craftsmanship and quality deliverables. We've routinely tackled difficult retrofits, remodels, and infrastructure work, the other guys may stray away from. Our estimating technologies and detailed process management from concept through substantial completion allow us to work in the most tedious environments from historical renovations to food packaging plants.
How do I know I will get a quality product?
Limbaugh Construction Company, Inc. is a union-based organization. This means that all of our field craftsmen are trained and certified with no less than 5 years of apprenticeship work under a qualified tradesmen at the journeymen level or above. We are signatory to the St. Louis-Kansas City Carpenters Regional Council and only hire and retain the highest caliber carpenters; this, along with our mature quality control programs, ensures high quality finish construction results for our customers that we can proudly stand behind.
